Martin is a versatile lawyer. His career started in 2012, and his experience is already rivaling even the best Czech attorneys. Originally from Třinec, he understood the specifics of our law firm and he fully embraced its international scope. He grew up in an environment in which Czech, Polish and Slovak were used almost interchangeably.
His main fields of expertise revolve around labor law, health and safety, real estate, servicing municipalities and regional authorities. While it may seem like an impressive portfolio of areas, Martin deals with them all flawlessly. “The beautiful thing about law is that you don’t have to keep to one branch of it and can always pivot”, he said. He also appreciates the fact that dealing with such a huge array of cases allows him to come in contact with all facets of law. He believes it makes his work more satisfying and challenging. Martin looks forward to how the legal industry’s future is shaping. He introduces some of the trends, like simplifying the language he uses in documents – in an effort to make them more friendly to the end user. He enjoys sports after hours, especially snowboarding in the winter and running in the summer. However, spending time with his family brings him the biggest joy.
Martin speaks Czech and English fluently. He can also communicate and understand Polish and Slovak.
