Bogdan specializes in provision of complex legal services for business activities, in particular in the field of the law of commercial companies, stock law, law on bills of exchange as well as within financial and tax laws. More than 20 years of experience and highly professional skills allow him to provide services to investors in individual or collective investments.
As the member of the Association for the Support and Development of Trust Funds (Asociace pro podporu a rozvoj svěřenských fondů, z. s.) he also provides specialist advisory services in the area of trust funds. Bogdan’s distinguished knowledge and expertise are based also on his experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) including those of an international character. He had been actively acting as the bankruptcy and insolvency administrator. His practice includes also activities conducted in the territory of Slovakia as since 2004 he has been a member of the Slovakian Bar Association.
