HAJDUK & PARTNERS is a regional law firm with an international reach, which this year celebrated 25 years on the market. Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for 3rd – 5th year law students to join our Prague office as a legal assistant to expand and support the team. If you are looking for a friendly environment where the team will support you as you enter the world of advocacy, our office is definitely the right choice!
What will you be doing with us?
Although we will not avoid court visits and administrative support of lawyers and associates in your work, we do not want this to be the only agenda you will be providing for us. We involve students in drafting pleadings, individual legal documents, teamwork on longer-term cases and research, and you will always be guided by a more experienced colleague. There may also be opportunities for your personal growth by volunteering to work on marketing or innovative internal processes within one of our office teams. The Prague office primarily focuses on commercial law, in all its areas, i.e. our agenda is corporate, employment, transactional, litigation and insolvency.
What can we offer you and what can you look forward to?
- minimum basic hourly remuneration of 150 CZK and a variable component corresponding to your skills and abilities – the remuneration is increasing depending on the length of cooperation and mutual satisfaction

How do we imagine you and what do we expect from you?
- You are a student of the 3rd – 5th year of one of the law faculties in the Czech Republic
- previous experience in a law firm is an advantage, but not a requirement
- enthusiasm and desire to learn in law practice
- advanced knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal, knowledge of another language is an advantage
- a basic understanding of the law in relation to your year of study
- independence, reliability and diligence
- the ability to prioritise and schedule your work effectively
- good verbal and written communication skills, team spirit and a positive attitude
- criminal record
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
